Thanks for your feedback. sys which is included in Windows I use Window 10 Edge. The system dose not recognize my DVD machine. Simply no drive indication. So I download a DVD driver from LG website. But is doesn’t work, and I cannot find a good driver from Sony website. Now the computer works without a DVD drive. The current problem is that the computer shutdown unexpetly , repeatedly whenever I play an online video.
All other types of work the computer handles as good as usual and as long 10 hours consecutively. My pc is home made. is a AMD phenom tm II processor, 3. It’s a Sony product. Hi Auggy, I’m happily to tell you that my CDRom problem has been solved. Actually I did do much though just all of the sudden I see my CDROM drive “D” is back! It’s a magic, isn’t it? All I did is down load a free DVD player from internet to replace MS DVD Player then every thing works fine. Of course all the instructions that you taught me are necessary and made things happen.
