Hp envy5530ドライバwindows10. HP ENVY 5530 Driver Download (Official)
HP Envy worked well on Windows 8. I was upgraded automatically to Windows 10 and now the printer doesn’t work. I have tried downloading the HP Software update for Windows 10 and have followed the Troubleshooting programme supplied by HP but no success.
I have read comments that suggest that it is not possible to network an Envy to a PC operating Windows Surely this can’t be correct. Advice please. Go to Solution. This is a great place to visit for Community and HP support! I see that the printer isn’t working since upgrading the Windows I would like to be able to help you.
From the Devices and Printers window, check to see what the printer name shows and if it is set as the default printer. Right-click the Start button or the lower left corner of the screen, and then clickSearch. In the Search box, type HP, and then click the icon for your printer. The printer software opens. Please try the steps in this document if you are still having issues: After Windows 10 Upgrade, Printer Problems Occur. If the issue is resolved, your welcome to show your appreciation by clicking the “Accept as Solution” and the “Thumbs Up”.
Let me know how you make out. Thank you. View solution in original post. Well actually problem is not solved because it recurred again this morning and the same ‘fix’ routine did not work this time. My PC Windows 10 tells me that the printer Envy is offline.
I believe it is a printer driver problem but all my efforts to resolve the problem have failed. I have downloaded the HP printer driver for Windows 10 ok on several occasions but it fails to instal via the wireless network which I know works because my laptop on a different Windows operating system is fine.
Search Windows for devices, and click Devices and Printers in the list of results. Right-click the name of your printer, select Printer Properties, and then select the name of your printer. If you are still having issues, try this document for the Printer is Offline. Let me know the results of the Print and Scan Doctor. I managed to disable SNMP as you suggested but the printer still did not work.
The status of the printer has changed from ‘Offline’ to ‘Error’. It doesn’t sound like the right port is selected or the router might have assigned the printer another IP address. You might have to follow message 2 again to check the ports. We may have to setup a static IP for the printer.
Try the steps in this document and in Solution two: Assign the printer an automatic static IP address. The IP address and port are correct. However, I can no loner configure the port because I get the error message mentioned in my previous post. No joy. The printer icon still has the white tick in green circle together with an error message.
I have been at this for 12 hours now. In six hours I leave for China and I need to take printed material with me. I would also like some sleep! I know how frustrating this can be. For now I would suggest to connect the printer to the computer by a USB cable to print off your documents. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, then click the name of your printer.
Click Connect a new printer, and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up the printer on your wireless network. I followed your instructions for connecting a new printer – it was ‘unsuccessful’. I was sure it would be because I have tried this several times before. I suppose that I have a sort of fix if I use the USB cable whenever I want to print and the network whenever my wife wants to print she is using Windows 7 and her laptop lives in a different room.
Thanks for your help. I will now go to China. I return in a week and I’ll see if I have the resolve to try to get the printer working via the network and Windows Didn’t find what you were looking for? Ask the community. Community Home. Need Windows 11 help?

From Devices and Printers, right click the printer and left click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab. Then click on Configure Port to view the IP address. Click Connect a new printer. Hi GBeastall, I see that you are having issues with the printer going offline again.
In some network environments, disabling SNMP has been shown to fix printer offline problems. Click the Ports tab. Try printing again. If the problem persists, repeat these steps and re-enable SNMP. Keep me posted. Thanks for the advice but still no joy. Hi GBeastall , It doesn’t sound like the right port is selected or the router might have assigned the printer another IP address.
How was the printer port listed from the Printer’s Properties window? Follow the offline document and let me know the results of the Print and Scan Doctor. However, I can no loner configure the port because I get the error message mentioned in my previous post Scan doctor offers ‘no solutions’ The Wireless Network Test gives ‘no problems’ I followed the ‘Printer Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection’ link including turning everything off.
