If you do not buy computers with Windows IoT pre-installed onto them from an Embedded Partner, you’d have to purchase the Kit yourself. It is several hundred dollars IIRC. Not worth it unless you are going to be selling products in the Embedded Channel. So the others are semi-correct in saying, well just upgrade to Enterprise edition. But if you really want IoT, then buy the computers from an Embedded Partner.
