When I uninstalled Ms office pro plus on the machine Windows 7 , It did not uninstall completely. It is still showing in Start- All Program- Micro When I click on that it shows it’s only short cut. Then I tried to install MS office pro plus I got one pop up “complete installation require restart machine”, When I restart machine, I saw MS office is not installed.
Please help to resolve this issue. I re-installed the ms office 5 t0 6 times but still it’s not installed.
