I would like to know the specific key board shortcut you are facing issues with. Are you having with issues default keyboard shortcut or macros keyboard shortcut. If its default, let us repair Office from control panel and check.

If your problem goes away when you use Safe mode, we can walk you through other steps that may help eliminate the problem.
