Did this happen after the Windows 11 update? Make sure it isn’t disabled in BIOS. Thanks for the reply, I will try using HP Hardware Diagnostics and yes, There were some unknown devices in Device Manager but after installing Drivereasy, 2 of them got fixed but 1 other driver did not install.
