Excel do not have any Problem to print documents in color. Have tried resetting the printer, options, setup, drivers update, etc. Frustrated – what am I missing? This thread is locked. I appreciate the quick reply but I have run, and just now re-run the HP Printer Install Wizard to find and install the latest driver but I have the same problem.

Hey guys, I recently upgraded from Microsoft office to and have encountered a problem with my printing options. Under Printing Options select Print background colors and images. The Print background colors and images check box in the Word options dialog box.
