\nJun 12, \u00a0\u00b7 I have Microsoft Outlook and recently the email has decided to not send or receive emails. I have completed test under the control panel\/email accounts but this does not seem to fixed the problem. The test go through as complete but it still does not fix the problem. When you start Microsoft Outlook, Outlook does not automatically perform a send and receive operation to download messages from the server. Cause This behavior can occur because of a damaged Send\/Receive group within Outlook. If you think that Outlook not receiving emails, then check the Other folder. Some emails might be present in the Other folder instead. Simply select them, go to the “Move” feature and choose to move it to the focused folder. You can also choose to always move the .

I have Microsoft Outlook and recently the email has decided to not send or receive emails. Internet service is fine and the email that is under Gmail is not a problem either as I got this checked out. I was then thinking the email is to full so i tried to delete messages and it said the following: The message store has reached its maximum size.<\/p>\n

My version is professional plus so if you can let me know what is the issue that would be great and what i need to do to adjust the error.<\/p>\n
