The shooter has attacked six men and one woman. Their ages range from 21 to The victims are white, Hispanic and Black. Some were unhoused, but most were not. The Stockton killer appears to be utilizing a relatively small geographic area as their hunting ground. Five of the killings have occurred within about a 3-mile radius, and every attack occurred after nightfall on dark, quiet streets.<\/p>\n
