In fact, I have raised two tickets with MS Defender onboard team and MS license team yesterday in this regard before raising this question here. MS support team is unaware of why Windows Defender ATP is working on our tenant without having licenses given in the minimum requirement [link][1]. The only missing link was Windows 10 Enterprise E5 license.<\/p>\n

If we had it, then I know that’s the reason MS Defender ATP is working. If we don’t have it, then I shall pursue that ticket I raised with MS. When I checked in my partner portal, I only see Windows 10 Enterprise [MS has a way of naming products in partner portal i.
