\nI am trying to print a large photo using Publisher My page setup is 25×45 and my image is 23x I have it set to print on 11×17 paper. I tried to print page 2 of a 4-page Publisher document I had just created. All I got was a blank page, even though the page showed in Print.<\/p>\n

It prints fine with out merging the document for mailing. In the pdf file it doubled the amount of pages and the pictures in the file were really black. I tried what you suggested and it still doesn’t print the whole file. In print preview everything shows up fine. I am not using a merge to a PDF file.<\/p>\n

I am using Publisher to print out our monthly newsletter with a mail merge of the names. It will print about six newsletters then starts printing some blank pages in the newsletter, then stops and says publisher cannot complete the task. I had the printer driver updated and it is still happening.<\/p>\n

It is a hassle to go back to the old way of putting labels on. If you aren’t trying to align your printout to a manufacturer’s product, you may be able to increase or decrease the number of copies of your publication that can fit on a single sheet of paper by adjusting the side and top margins and the horizontal and vertical gaps.<\/p>\n

You can also change the number of copies that are printed on each sheet by using a different size of paper, or sheet. To print multiple copies on a sheet of paper, the publication page size must be smaller than the paper size. For example, to print two copies of your page on each sheet of paper, your page size must be no more than half as large as the sheet size. Click One page per sheet , and then choose Multiple copies per sheet in the list.<\/p>\n

Note: If your printer supports custom paper sizes, you can specify a custom paper size after you click Printer Properties. Consult your printer manual for specific instruction for adding custom paper sizes.<\/p>\n

On the File menu, click Print Setup and then click Multiple copies per sheet. The printer that you use determines the paper sizes that you can use. To check the range of paper sizes that your printer can print on, consult the manual for your printer, or view the paper sizes that are currently available for your printer in the Print Setup dialog box.<\/p>\n

In the Print Setup dialog box, under Paper , click the arrow next to the Size list to see which sizes are available. Note: If your printer supports custom paper sizes, you can specify a custom paper size after you click Properties.<\/p>\n

When you print publications on a sheet of paper or a specific manufacturer’s product, such as labels or business cards, you can align your publication so it will print exactly where you want it. To make it easier to align a publication to a specific manufacturer’s product, turn crop marks on. Microsoft Office Publisher will insert pages so that the total number is a multiple of four, because one sheet of paper becomes four pages.<\/p>\n

In the Print dialog box, under Printing options , verify that Booklet, side-fold is selected. Note: If your printer supports two-sided printing or duplex printing , make sure that Two-sided or Two-sided, flip short side is selected under 2-sided printing options. If your printer doesn’t support two-sided printing, Microsoft Office Publisher prints the first and last pages on one sheet of paper, the second and next-to-last on another sheet, and so on.<\/p>\n

Print and mail. Set up and print a letter-sized booklet or newsletter. Set up the booklet or newsletter Open the publication that you want to print as a folded booklet. Make sure that the Width is 8. Under Margin Guides , change the margins if you want. Under the booklet graphic, you should see the following for a 4-page booklet : Page size 8. In the Settings section, click the paper size drop-down and select a size from the Usable Paper Sizes.<\/p>\n
